Soundscapes of ANAMANEH fuse ancient instruments & vocal techniques with modern electro-acoustic soundscapes. The music contains elements of Pop, Ambient, Industrial, Break-Beat, World-Music und Trance. The lineup features Anamaneh (vocals, overtone voice, ethnic flutes, string instruments, jew´s harp and didgeridoo, programming) in association with Bernd Meyer (programming, keyboards & samples).

"Soundscapes of Anamaneh", had their initial live appearances in 2005 at Carinthias` World Bodypainting Festival and the Sonnenklang Festival at Wetzlas Castle in Lower Austria.

In 2007 they released their debut album "Enigmatic Genes" and won the 2. price as "Best Experimental Band" at German Rock & Pop Awards.

BERNHARD MIKUSKOVICS has been involved in music and pictorial arts since his early childhood, and started to research on didgeridoos, ethnic flutes and overtone instruments after finishing his graphical education. Since then he has been working on various eclectic art projects surrounding graphic design and music. His fascination with overtones and overtone music finally led him into the art of overtone singing. He teaches overtone techniques of the human voice, didgeridoo, jew´s harp and works as a musician mainly in the field of fusing ancient instruments with modern musical styles and elements.

BERND MEYER has been working in recent years on various music projects as a sound-developer, arranger and composer. With Soundscapes of Anamaneh he moves on to new standards of sound-development in order to focus the vision of a fusion of organic and synthetic sounds on to a larger audience.
